SSR is door de Europese Commissie en het Albanese opleidingsinstituut ‘the School of Magistrates’ geselecteerd om onder leiding van het Franse opleidingsinstituut, ‘École Nationale de la Magistrature’, deel uit te maken van het Twinning Project ‘Strengthening the efficiency, integrity and professionalism of the justice system by improving the capacity of the Albanian School of Magistrates’. Het Italiaanse opleidingsinstituut, Scuola Superiore Della Magistrura maakt tevens deel uit van het consortium. Het consortium zal in samenwerking met het Albanese opleidingsinstituut de herziening verzorgen van de initiële opleiding voor rechters, de permanente educatie en de inrichting van de selectieprocedure voor rechters. Het project heeft een looptijd van twee jaar.
