Initial training programmes – SSR
In partnership with the Dutch courts and public prosecutor’s offices, SSR is responsible for the initial training of judges and public prosecutors. These initial training programmes have undergone major changes and SSR has redesigned the judge programme. The Public Prosecution Service has taken the initiative to modify the public prosecutor programme itself, with SSR acting as a consultant. The new programmes to become a judge or a prosecutor started in 2014.
